      Absolute scummy dealership. My girlfriend went in because she found a ***** she really liked and that she's been looking for. So we sit down with the sales rep who sat there "crunching" the numbers, keeping it out of our site, sure enough he turns it around finally and it was loaded with insanely expensive and absolutely unnecessary "addons" trying to sneak them into her payments. Luckily I went with her as this guy tried to straight up take advantage of her. At this point I told her we should just leave as now I'm ****** they'd even do shady tactics like that, but she really wanted this car. Fine they remove all that c*** they tried sneaking into her financing...Lets fast forward a few weeks, her low tire pressure light comes on. Come to find out they sold us a car with 4 DIFFERENT (and absolutely garbage) NO NAME TIRES. Not only is that a safety hazard in it self BUT two of them have gashes on the sides and one has a bubble in the tires sidewall!!! This is NOT ok!Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They use sneaky and blatantly inhumane sales tactics. I've purchased many cars from multiple dealerships and this one was the first I've ever been too where I had to experience something like this. If you do have the "pleasure" of purchasing a car here triple check EVERYTHING.

      I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in May and have had issues at nearly every step in the process. To preface, I had no issues with the saleswoman I worked with, she was very helpful. However, it seems there are a ton of other issues in terms of management and the maintenance department. The moment I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. I immediately took it back and was told their mechanics could look at it the next day. I'm from out of the area so I had to book a hotel for the night. The next day I was told there could be a faulty sensor but mechanically everything else with the car was fine. A few days later the light came back on and I took the vehicle to a registered ****** dealership. They explained that it was not a faulty sensor and that the camshaft did in fact need to be replaced. This issue was never disclosed to me at the dealership. Now I am waiting on the new plates and title. The temporary plate and registration expired over a month ago and DCH Acura has shown zero interest in getting me back to me on what the hold up is. From what I've read on their BBB profile this seems to be a common occurrence. I understand ** is not a title holding state but there seems to be no concern with communicating what that means with the customer. I called and emailed multiple times with zero response and am often forwarded to a voicemail of an employee who apparently does not even work there anymore. I would under no circumstances recommend this dealership or trust their services again

      They charged me an 800$ dealer fee, a 400$ fee for nitrogen that they put in your tires without your request, 400$ for *************** (a warranty for car paint) that I couldn't opt out of and a 400$ fee for window etching which is also something that I couldn't opt out of. They were 100% trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young black women. 800$ as a dealer document fee is just absurd. I offered to pay cash but they would not take out the unnecessary fees. Car dealerships are always trying to take advantage of black young women. Please beware.
