I wrote a negative review and received a response to it from the owner within 6 minutes. A phone call within a day. Having not received any communication from them in over two months. After more lip service, from the owner, ****, (The **** of ************ against my better judgment, I remove my malicious but HONEST review. No response. No thank you. Nothing. Nothing is what I got from this small family company who looks out for their customers, NOT. Whatever they Yeah, uh no.Showroom is a fantastic illusion. Showroom awards abound. Appears to be professional and highly acclaimed.Dont fall for it.No job too big or too small. You can definitely be too small. I fell through their cracks quicker than water through a sieve.THE LIP SERVICE, RIDICULOUS.Again, dont fall for it.I award them zero stars.God bless and good bye, thanks for nothing. Thats exactly what I got, hence the zero stars.Additional information:I began my relationship with them in April 2022. Their last contact with me was July 7, 2022. Apparently, as per ****, the owner, they thought that I should just keep contacting and hounding them to work for me. Had I reached out to them, yet again, I would not have fallen through the cracks. Is that really how it works? He insisted that the problem was the chimney service that never gave me an estimate. Funny that the company that I finally went with actually does EVERYTHING. Inspection, repair and installation.This company I hired at the end of August 2022 and had everything that I needed completed and installed by the middle of October, 2022.Judge for yourself. Maybe youll receive better service from Rettingers than I did.Good luck.BTW, Rettingers felt that they were not deserving of my review, it was in fact the 3rd party **************** Smiths, that was at fault. To Rettingers,Take ownership of your shortcomings , and make an honest effort to improve yourself.
