As everyone else here has complained, I was cold-called and scammed by this "company." I was managing a busy front desk when they called. A woman was asking me for an updated address to send me a new catologue. Being a rather new manager, I figured they might be a legit partner of the property, so I said sure go ahead and send it. She then said I would be sent a sample of a product. I had a line at my desk and other calls coming in, so I tried to rush the call to an end. She sensed this, I am sure. She said they would also send us some Amazon gift cards via since we are such great partners. Then she said "oh wait my manager is walking by let me have you talk to him" and this is when he discussed the sample I would be sent. Flash-forward two weeks later, I receive an email with an invoice of $800 on the same day the shipment was made. I was not in the office and could not decline the delivery because I had no idea it was coming. A price was NEVER mentioned, in any amount, not $5 and certainly not $800. Of course I NEVER would have signed up for such a thing. When I complained, their customer service email team sent me a shortened recording of my call (shady! never agreed to being recorded, etc.) and you can tell (as I clearly stated) I was confused, preoccupied and not paying attention to the fishy call. I sent their items back to them via *** and paid extra to require a signature from them for proof. On Friday, *** says their business was closed (not what their website or ****** states) and the packages were unable to be delivered. Again, SHADY! I already paid over $100 to ship these unwanted products back to these crooks. We will never pay a single cent to their "company," whether they accept the return or not.
