      I signed up with this company to have a new roof installed on my house including gutters and downspouts. Installation was scheduled for January 21st 2025. I've had nothing but issues and the roof continues to be incorrect and the job is still not complete after 3 weeks. The company has sent 3 different crews since day one. Police were here, my personal property was used with out permission, the crew yelling at me I'm a "bitch" and more. There were contracted with a bill of over $24000 dollars to complete this in less than a week.

      Respectfully on Dec 5 I got a call from an agent about roof I refused her but she was insisted to visit so on 7th dec before 9 am she was banging my door for almost 40 minutes,I told her I m on medicine for my neck and back injury so I'm resting she said she will take take few minutes but she was here till 3 pm .she didn't tell me about her location, she asked me to run my soft credit I refused but she was lying about it and it was not a soft credit check . she asked about my social and will not do anything I refused her but still with the wrong information she took my social then she said I'm approved for loan and I need to sign when I refused she said this I can cancel anytime she just need to see if I get approved but it was an agreement I told her I have no money because I'm on disability will get money late still she was forcing me took my information and told me I can cancel. when she left I sent text on her given number but she is totally disappeared When I called on monday first no one was picking up my calls and 2 people hanged up on me and told me they read my text of cancelation. The agent WALAA ALEDLBI the agent who took my sign with fraud and then never contact back.i struggled to cancel but all company employees were the same non cooperative and were refusing to cancel . at ***** am on Dec 9th ***** ***** concierge department of dream hoom roofer canceled my contract . But I again got an email at 2.40 pm on the same day about new loan approval with the same company. They have my signature and social they can use it and damaged my finances I'm on disability and divorced and they are putting alot pressure to do business with them. on their web page they show BBB A+rating with 21 complaints. I'm scared they seems like a big fraud company.they can use my personal information such as social

      I had a salesman come to my home about getting a new roof. We settled on a new roof and gutters. I was told there are three sheets of plywood that go with the job if needed. I received a phone call that I needed 8 more. I was also told by the salesman that they would remove the attic fan and take care of the wiring . Well after the job was so called finished there is an electrical wire hanging in my attic with no covers or anything. They tell me that they dont have electricians and they are just a roofing company. Then I go to the dumpster before it was removed and find two pieces of plywood that would make a whole sheet cut and they are still charging me for plywood they didnt use. They said they used 8. Well the job comes with 3 already in the price so they owe me for three sheets of plywood. They told me they dispose of the materials not used, even if I paid for them. They refuse to do anything except email me stating they are done with the job and now I have to have a loan on me for a job that was done. I have to find someone to take care of a possible hazard with that wire hanging in my attic. They had no problem cutting when the light switch was off.

      Good morning Mrs. ******************* came back out on 10/23 to cap the wire, per your request.  Regarding the plywood, if we have to cut a sheet of plywood to use it, it still counts as a full sheet being used.  That being said, we'll be mailing you a check for $240 for the two sheets of plywood installed.

      It seems as though once Dream Home installs a roof they're done with the customer. I repeatedly asked for the shingles left in my parking space to be picked up. I never heard from the company and finally found someone strong enough to put them in the trash dumpster. On September 26th I spoke to ***, the concierge, and requested that Dream Home send my paperwork from November 2022. To date, October 6th, I haven't received anything from Dream Home. I also sent a picture of a prooblem with my roof as requested by ***. No response to this either. After installation there seems to be no communication with the company. There are several phone numbers associated with this business but all but 1 goes to an actual person, ***, the concierge. I'm asking for my paperwork and follow-up with what looks to be a peeling shingle.

      Home roof was installed first April BUT Vision Solar (VS) ONLY installed solar panels on the GARAGE in May. The new roof was completely unnecessary a recommendation from (VS) to hire 1Dream Home Roofing (DHR) for a new roof. When DHR installed the roof they used roofing tiles and glue improperly to cover up running out of materials. When Hurricane *** came through, the roof began to leak into my attic and master bedroom and the noise woke me. The date and time was 3:30 am 10/02/22 a Sunday. DHR has no people working customer service or emergency calls. When Donegal came to assess the damages they noticed improper materials used as the roof installation was sub-standard. The homeowners insurance claim is ignored and their legal counsel called me a liar about filing a claim against them IN OCTOBER in late December 2022. Over $2200 is the damage assessment from Donegal, that is pursuing the deductible for me now. Can't repair it without the deductible money. DHR did not provide me paperwork I requested. Nothing in writing. Is that legal? If it is, it shouldn't be. Now they're claiming they did not replace the entire roof since the damage occurred but not before that. It is not reflected in any changes for the roof...nor was I ever informed there was a part of the roof they did not replace. This decision must have been made by them, as I was not consulted. I signed documents for a loan to have my ENTIRE ROOF REPLACED {that just has a TOTAL, no breakdowns for step by step solar panels and roof installations}. It would have been smart to have a new roof installed on the GARAGE for the solar panels NOT THE HOUSE. I was told when they arrived they prefer installing these panels on the GARAGE.Please do whatever is necessary to warn people that these companies offer horrible customer service if anything goes wrong and especially when EVERYTHING goes wrong. A refund of $5800.00 is in order plus my deductible. There is so much more to the story...I.M. ********-PA

      *************************** had solar panels installed by Vision Solar, who contracted ** ( Dream Home Roofers ) to install a new roof on ************************* house we replaced ONLY the shingled section, the black flat section was excluded as it is EDPM material. The installation was complete and a while afterward the back flat section of her roof started leaking after a hurricane, which was not the area we worked on, we went out anyways to assess damages and sealed up the area that *** have been causing the leak. ********************* states she requested documents from Dream Home but her complaint on lack of information comes from the fact that we were contracted through Vision Solar customer all her documents/contracts would be through them the only information we have on ********************* is the initial work order sent over from Vision Solar to replace the shingled section and that is the work we completed. I hope that clears up the confusion

      This is a real shame; the new roof job was perfect: on time and cleaned up as described in the contract; the failure has been their inability to finish the job according to the contract terms. The roof was removed, and a new one was installed on December 12, 2022; the solar panels were scheduled to be reinstalled on 12.13.22. Today is Sunday, January 22, 2023. after repeated commitments to arrive at our home and finish the project, it has been five weeks since the contractual replacement date, and the solar panels remain, off the grid, and in our backyard. This is probably the 5th committed to reinstallation date where they do not call or shown up.Our evaluation of their performance went from outstanding to unsatisfactory.

      The solar panels have since been reinstalled since that complaint was issued. The solar panels were reinstalled on 1/28. I just called and spoke with *************** (11:15am 3/1) He confirmed the panels that the panels are in fact back up on the roof and that this project is now complete.

      Dream Home came to my house on December 8, 2021 and convinced me I needed a new roof. The 2 representatives from Dream Home took pictures of my attic where there was water damage so trusting them that these were actual pictures of my attic I agreed to get a new roof. The cost of the roof was $17,877.00 and a deposit of $5,877.00 was needed and I paid it. The balance of $12,000.00 was financed over 36 months at 0% which amounted to $333.33 each month. My complaint with this company is they just left the extra supplies in my driveway which was 3 pieces of plywood and extra shingles. The extra shingles I put in a shed in the back but the plywood I wanted removed. I kept calling and nothing was done. I also looked at the roof and it looks like some of the shingles are bumping up and I want it fixed. I finally got someone today and they are suppose to send someone out tomorrow to look at it and take the plywood away. Now I have to hope they come tomorrow or give me another story. I have a bad feeling about this company.

      ************** reached out to us on Tuesday 7/12/22, stating that she had some loose shingles, as well as some remaining plywood from her install.  We sent one of our Supervisors there on Friday 7/15/22 to assess her concerns.  We then sent the crew back on Saturday 7/16/22, to repair the loose shingles and pick up the plywood.  ************** seemed to be extremely satisfied with not only the repair itself, but our expedient response to her concerns.
