Ordered an aftermarket steering shaft. Order was shipped promptly. Upon opening and inspecting part, I noticed that it was already loose and had very little grease in it. I immediately called XDP and requested a return label and refund. They are giving me the run around, stating that I have to send it to the manufacturer even though I purchased the product from them 2 days prior. They *********** not accept returns as there policy outlines on their website. I will never do business with them again and have disputed this charge with my credit card company. I urge everyone to stay away from XDP.

Scammers, horrible company will tell you they have parts in stock then send you an email that they dont and will send it in two to three weeks. Then hold your money for days. Buy literally anywhere else dont support these scammers l.

Ordered a drain tube they say had in stock next day air. So I added what it recommended to buy with it. First they didn't have the tube I found out 10 minutes after I purchased everything. I called immediately and send to cancel it if you don't have the drain tube. They said to late it already shipped. I said impossible I just placed the within 10 minutes ago. They said sorry nothing I can do. I've heard good and bad about them. I found out the bad about them.

I ordered a incorrect part. Asked to return the part and was granted the Return. That was early May and the end of September I still do not have the store credit or a return....I have reached out multiple times and have not received one response as to when I should receive my credit. The package was delivered in May and the *** number was wrote on 4 side of the box, couldn't miss it but they seem to miss giving me my credit....Pretty shady situation.

Purchased an engine from them took me about 4 hours to go through the whole thing and then the next day I get a voicemail telling me that the company had discontinued the engine and their refunding my money back I really think they need to update their catalog and get things out of there that they do not have anymore because this is become a nightmare for me. I did not have a good purchasing experience with these people at all.

Awful customer service, I bought an $800 part that was advertised as a proper fit and when I received it did not at all. Said they would not take it back just because I put one bolt in it when I Realized it didnt fit, so now I have an $800 part that I cant return and it is not damaged. Pretty ridiculous. Very dissapointed, will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them.

Unfortunately, it's our understanding that the vehicle this part was being installed on is configured with a short bed, which may explain any fitment issues you are experiencing. I ordered over the phone a set of Alpharex headlights, these may be great headlights, I may never know. My experience so far has been a bit frustrating. I ordered these headlights understanding the phrase, "ships from manufacturer" means just that, the product ships directly from the manufacturer. No warning that mean it will be a two month wait. A day after my order was placed I received an email telling me the product had shipped, but it had no tracking information. The next day I received an out of stock notice and a shipping date two months later. A call to customer service to try to substitute another set of headlights of comparable function in hopes it would be available, I was told that the same issue may occur because it was not in XDP's stock but ships from the manufacturer. When I asked was there any way XDP can tell if the products they sell that ship directly from the manufacturer will ship in 3-5 busness days or two months the representative simply repeated herself that the product is not in stock in their store but "ships from manufacturer". So buyer beware, for XDP the phrase "ships from manufacturer" means they have no idea the product will ship in a reasonable time so be prepared to wait for months for your product. One would think if XDP is marketing these products they would have some communication with the manufacturer concerning the availability of those products.

Just waited all weekend to call this company, shame they don't have any weekend support. Recently purchased a set of UP-Pipes for my 6.0L ***** the product is BD Diesel up-pipes and appear to be VERY NICE quality however... These pipes have NO way to attach the HEAT ******* to prevent overheating of the electronics on the engine side. I called, "***" answered (did NOT introduce himself and I had to ask for his name, appeared reluctant to tell me). WHY NOT INTRODUCE YOURSELF and show a little courtesy?Anyway, he lightened up a little and told me that I had to call BD Diesel directly to inquire about the heatshields. HE OFFERED NO OTHER SOLUTION, you would think that working everyday in this environment he would have suggested a solution. I had to call 5 times this morning... took them that long to answer. Am I happy, no.. not really. Wish they would have said that these pipes did not have heatshields or there was no way to attach the *** ******* to them. My opinion of XDP is mixed, I have purchased from them several times in the past but it seems they are beginning to become less APPRECIATIVE of customers and taking things for granted.Caution is suggested, ask lots of questions.. make a list because I don't feel like these employees will OFFER any additional information. I can only guess that they think you KNOW what your are doing, but it appears they don't know everything they are selling either. Good luck and with all that said I would most likely still use them in the future but cautiously.
