We order food to be delivered to our location. When we ordered, we were told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. We called to see what was taking so long after about an hour and a half and were called back by the delivery driver one hour and 45 minutes after ordering and got a very nasty driver who told us to "FUCK OFF YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR FOOD." As if that was not lousy enough, we did not get our refund after three days, so we called the pizza shop to see when we would be getting our refund as we did not get any food and was told to "FUCK OFF" and got talked with a nasty person who told us we would get a credit at the pace that told us to "FUCK OFF," and we explained that we would never use their services again and we are demanding a refund. We will be calling to dispute the charges with my credit card company because, to date, we still have not received a refund for the food we never got.
