On 3/28/24 eurocare professional cleaners and restoration took our living room rug for cleaning. *** had two stains that we wanted to remove. ***** said he will take the rug and clean it in the shop. He promised we would get it back for Easter Sunday. It wasnt done. He brought it back Thursday week after. The rug was in worst condition than originally. Had brown/orange-ish stains throughout the carpet. My wife was devastated. We were expecting the rug to be steam cleaned. My wife paid over 1,000$ for the rug. It looked like the rug went through a washing machine and was chewed up (besides all the staining) two weeks later my wife calls the owner and he said hes waiting for the cleaning detergent that he ordered. Another week passed by, he said he was busy with Jewish holidays. We still dont have the rug back. He doesnt pick up the phone or answers text messages ever since. Owners name is *************************************.
