Shipped a Stethescope to a friend in medical school 2/1/22 in ****** SHIPNEX tacking number **********. Fed Ex tracking number ************. When tracking on line it said exception to delivery occurred ******. I used the chat option on the shipnex website and was told the recipient needed to call fed ex ****** *********** and give them the fed ex number above. I contacted recipient and she complied- was told by fed ex ****** that package was delayed. Same day received email from SHIPNEX. That package being returned to me. Called fed ex- was told package being returned to me. I am unable to reach SHIPNEX customer service via phone or chat. THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE- Do not want to be charged for return of package- miscommunication occurred at federal ex ****** level. Need help from SHIPNEX but unable to reach them. Please help. I will dispute return shipping charges . Would like package sent back to ****** and delivered as promised.Business response

I have shipped three boxes on 04.02.21 on 04.30.21 and on 07.16.21.through shipNEX , I got charged $182.14 on 08.15.21 saying that dimensions were wrong for boxes which I have shipped, if dimensions were wrong , why did they wait for 4 months to charge for 2 boxes which I shipped on April and waited another month to charge for dimensions for third box , they have charged without my knowledge and they did not show anything that dimensions were wrong, no proof ,Business response

Hello,
We have been in correspondence with the client regarding the charges posted to their account. We provided the invoice copies for each transaction. The client paid shipping based on the weight/sizes provided at the time they prepared the labels. However, after the packages were picked up, DHL and ***** re-weighed and re-measured them at higher weight/sizes. The client has informed that the dimensions are not incorrect. Therefore, we have responded via email with the following request:
If the dimensional weight correction made to your shipments are not accurate, we can dispute with DHL. In order to do so, please provide detailed information about the boxes you used. We will need to send proof of weight/size such as photos, website link, shipping records, invoice or sales receipt. If you are using standard size boxes, please provide website link as reference.
We have not received response from the client to resolve the matter regarding the weight/sizes. We would also like to point out that DHL and ***** have recorded these adjustments upon receipt to their sorting facilities, not ShipNEX. We will need further information about the packaging in order to dispute the charges with DHL/*****.

I purchased a laptop and warranty at **** ******** (NEX) ***** ******* ********* ** for $1299.99 and $169.99 Oct 2020 it stopped working around June 2021. NEX ***** ******* would not accept the return, Asurion warranty will not accept the return due to fact the defect happened less than a year. It has been returned to ASUS Product Support ASUS Service No=****************, who have been allowed to sell these products inside NEX and ASUS sent an email that they don't have the part available to make the repair. I want my money back instead I have recieved multiple emails and calls full of excuses. I am no longer concern with the corporate issue of the blame game and responsibility and I want my money back. This is the worst Military customer service I have ever experienced as a (Retired) (Disabled) Veteran NEXCOM ************Business response
