Dear Sir or Madam; Recently I have a booked cruise thru Cruise Planners in ******* **, I do believe **** was the gentleman involved. He was apparently contacted by my mother in law and asked to delete my son and my cruise package. He told me he did it because my wife and I were in process of divorcing. for starters;Today is May 10th 2022 and there is no evidence of any divorce proceedings secondly I was never notified of any changes in fact I contacted Royal Caribbean to insure this couldn't happen and they assured me it couldn't.finally his claim was that my in mother in law and wife paid.. well again that's a poor assumption, I feel that he had no right to act on his on his own like this; I have read multiple places it does state changes cannot be made with out authorization of the ticket holder to say the least. My question is when and why does he feel he is the law or above the law to just make changes; especially a change of that magnitude? I would like my two tickets reimbursed approximately $$2200 for both or every thing restored to original booking.
