I am rejecting this response because: he's a lieing there's no balance owed to ***'s motors he got the down payment an it is financed with the bank for $8,900 car will not pass state inspection it's on safe an the first car I left with blew the engine down the road this is a car they changed me in to an the finance to the rear end moves can't drive over 45 **************** inspection will not pass it ***'s motors has not attempted to fix anything with the car I been telling them since day 2 I had this car now lawyer is involved an credit acceptance is involved because there the finance company the state attorney general is next an consumer affairs I was at one time a former employee of them nice how they s**** everyone now Efron is the one who sold me the car an said he drove it it's a great car he lies an never tried to fix the problem

Yes he said he will buy the rear cover an wanted charge 400 to put it in an that still don't solve the problem of getting it to pass state inspection emissions this has been going on since the first week of September an how can you charge someone for the repair if this since I got the Tahoe credit acceptance was notified from day one that it will not pass state inspection for emissions an un save to drive rear moves do to bad rear attachment from ***'s an this is how he treats former employee what a joke

Bought a **** Infiniti g35 within the last 6 months and have had to bring it back to *** motors to have several problems looked at and essentially none of them were fixed. The car was sold to me with non working air/heat and radio, shotty brakes, and a coolant leak. They fixed the coolant leak, they fixed the brakes even tho till this day they still squeak and barely work. The air/heat still does not work after they replaced the part that was supposed to be the problem. Now I have a bill for $2000 coming from my mechanic Because the front struts are leaking and have been shot for a while now. The undercarriage of the car is so rusted and decayed that my mechanic said that Im lucky a good pot hole didnt take my wheel right off and Im also being told my brakes need to be replaced front and back once again even though *** motors supposedly replaced those a few months ago.I have since called ***************************** and there receptionist *** told me that their owner is on vacation and that well have to wait and see whats going to happen with the car and the massive bill Im now responsible for, when in reality *** motor should have noticed these problems when they had my car up on their lift on one of the many times I had to bring it back in for work.Business response

Dear customer
when you buy this car you complain about coolant leak and brake initially and we fix both issues in the car for you then you came for the radio matter and we told you we are not electrician but we still check it out for you and tried to figure out the problem for you we even order another climate control panel and radio bezel and replace it but obviously it doesn't fix the matter but we already did as much as we can do for you free of charge and regarding the shocks and rust if you want we can get reasonable quote for you which is less than $2000 and replace them for you as long as you agree on the price.

I bought a **** GMC Envoy XL back in April 13,2021 and ever since me purchasing this vehicle I had to put a lot of money in it and then lastly my vehicle went ** in smoke and wouldnt start back up and I was stranded me and my 1 year old grandson out the hot sun so an officer waited with us until the tow truck got there and picked us up only for a mechanic to tell me the vehicle was no longer good that it was basically trashed so I dont have no vehicle and its hard for me to get back and forth to work because of it so the only thing I want is for the business to give me either all of my money back or at least some so I can get another vehicle I would appreciate if someone please call me after 2 pm because thats what time I get off work to discuss this issueBusiness response

Hi ******* Im sorry for your bad experience you got the car one year and four months ago and unfortunately it is out of any type of a return policy or refund policy or warranty the only solution I see here for you is to call us and let us know how is your financial situation and we will do our best to help you either get into a car through the finance or by get the car cash depends on how much money you can spend.

Bought a car here and it caught fire. I have been without a car for over a week. No one there seems even remotely concerned that this has caused me to lose business. I have to call numerous times to get anyone to call me back. Really, not responsive. I either want this fixed or my money back. The car was towed and no one has fixed this as of yet? I rely on this car for my business and need this fixed ASAPBusiness response

I bought this vehicle and the guy reassured me that there was nothing wrong with it and I havent had the vehicle for a year and I put so much money into this vehicle and now my motor has blown and a mechanic told me my car has to be trashed because it isnt no goodBusiness response
