This business has now for the 2nd time, charged me for a service that was not provided. I just received another charge for service that was done yesterday but the company did not show up. Not only do I have camera's all around my house (ring), I was also home all day yesterday and no one came and sprayed my lawn. I want this company to refund my money and publicly apologize for stealing customers money when a service is not provided. This is a scam!Business response

Lawn Doctor Response- We have ran into this same issue with the previous client earlier this season with not thinking we showed up to do a service at the residence. Even with our seasoned technician explaining how he serviced the property in question and describing what it looks like in good faith we returned to re apply the treatment at no charge. Again, during the final treatment of the season the previous client claimed we did not show up. The veteran technician which has been employed with Lawn Doctor for 10 years, verified that the application was applied to the correct property. The owner of Lawn Doctor spoke with the client to explain the job was completed and the client was very hostile. We strive and take pride in our customer service and put that above all other operations in our company. We are ***** plus customers strong and go up and beyond for customer satisfaction. Many times outdoor motion cameras do not pick up workers on lawns and we cannot continue to reapply free treatments. The account has been cancelled and in good faith we have issued a refund check for the application in question on November 24th 2021.

I am rejecting this response because the tech never showed up. We have camera's all over the property and the tech did not show up. Additionally, the tech normally leaves a notice in the door to prove he sprayed and nothing was left. I called to resolve the issue and the owner, ****, flat out called me, his customer, a liar. I do not appreciate the hostility of this business who does not appreciate his customers. Not to mention, we have free in between services if the service did not work. So any claim of "free" applications is not appropriate. A tech who treated my yard for over 2 years should know what my yard looks like. We never expect free service, only the service we pay for. The only time we had issues is when the tech did not spray our yard or was confrontational with me in my front yard when I asked him to complete the back when I was home and he only sprayed the front. I would seriously evaluate the tech who is not doing his job, regardless of the time he's worked for the company. It's a shame that this happened as we never had previous issues with this company until his tech started to not treat our yard, treated me with disrespect, and now lied to the owner. We only expect to pay for service we pay for. We still have not been reimbursed for this service that was not provided.
