      I wish to file a complaint regarding the fraudulent business practices of UFC **************. There are two separate issues I'd like to address:Firstly, regarding the compression massage therapy service, I was enrolled in a 30-day trial with the understanding that there would be no cost involved. However, despite my explicit refusal of further service and non-usage of the service, I was charged approximately $99 per month for four months. Upon raising the matter with the representative who signed me up, I was assured of a refund after sending an email to their corporate office, which never materialized. While the monthly charges ceased, the promised refund was never received.Secondly, in late February or early March of 2024, I requested cancellation of my membership. I was informed that due to the proximity to the next billing cycle, I would be liable for one more month's payment. Subsequently, I was charged twice, each time amounting to $105.56, with the last charge being unwarranted. When I called on April 27th, 2024, I was informed allegedly that there were issues with their cancellation system, which raises concerns about its prolonged unavailability. Despite assurances of a refund via email to corporate, based on prior experiences, I am skeptical of receiving it.In summary, I am dissatisfied with the billing practices and lack of follow-through on refunds, and I believe there are systemic issues that need to be addressed promptly.

      I had signed up my son for personal training at Ufc ***** when I went in ***** one of the personal trainers on the management team walked me through sales promotions I did tell him we moving in July so we decided we will sign up for 3tines a week personal training which would be 800 dollars and that we will sign up for 3 months only and from there decide to move further if commute works out as we were moving I was not told anything on the autorenewals Also in order to be using the personal training he told me that I will have to sign up for gym membership which was 80 dollars In a month ***** left we had to change our personal trainer to some one else In 2 weeks he left and we had another personal trainer ************ mentioned couple times to him to check if we were signed up for 3 months and no more auto payments were there he stated yes he has and all is good July we moved and I was under the impression that all is good I do get charged auto payment of 900 personal trainer and 80 dollar membership charges since then I have been chasing them calling speaking to different managers and been assured that I will get the money back on the personal training and has not happened auto renewal though on that amount was stopped and gym membership I had put on hold for 3 months thinking if my son would use it I went in twice in May in person trying to speak to the manager to cancel gym membership as well so I dont get charged auto any more on the 70 Dollars cuz I tried but the commute would not work out so I like cancelling the membership complete I was assured that It will happen dint hear back so I called to ask for ******* there manager and she assured me she will take care of this and its all good and everything is under control and membership is cancelled Its 2 wks now and here I get billed again I called trying to speak to her and heared that she had left her position I am not understanding whats so hard for them to understand I need help

      On february 2021 my children and I joined UFC gym via telephone. I was instructed to pay $179.43 for my self *****************************, my daughter Jayllean ********* and my son ***************************** as a deposit. I was not given a contract to singed and i was told that I had 30 days to cancel the membership if i chose to. Two week after this conversation I decided to cancel the mentioned membership. Neither myself or my children use the facility during the time prior to my cancelation. I have been speaking to ***** the mananger of the facility whom has in several occasions promised that my money will be returned. But until today I have not seen any money returned into my account. I have also asked my bank to dispute the payment and they have rebutted the payment therefore, and back to square one with this company.

      My name is *****, and I was talking to ****** throughout the situation. She had been owed a refund for a few months, which warranted her complaint. We had a large turnover of employees due to the gym recently opening, and I assumed the new position which handles refund requests about a month ago. I had to get approval through my corporate office which took a long time, but we were able to issue a refund to ****** for $179. ****** also confirmed with her bank that the refund is in progress.
