I purchased an item from ****. It was a pair of glasses that was supposed to cost $60 but when they checked my prescription, they told me they only had it in blue blockers which the salesman told me was covered by insurance in case anything happened to my glasses I went to get my lenses replaced and my eyeglasses adjusted and I asked them to change my change my lenses. The manager then said to me that the salesman lied to me and that that wasnt part of the sales. I paid $120 for blue blocking on my glasses with no guarantee and this is not what was told to me the person behind the counter, they started to gang up on me two of them started taping me with their phone, or recording me whatever you wanna call it and then continued when security came because they continued to offend me and tell me they werent gonna help me. They called security on me and I was escorted from the mall, but he continued to tape me and continue to record me. Its OK to record if he wants to record me but make sure that he explains how he talk to me beforehand and how he completely disregarded that I was a customer there and treated me like c*** and I was ganged up by two people That by the way, do not look professional theyre dressing T-shirts that are dirty and theyre telling me theyre the manager so Im not happy. I was lied to. They didnt wanna do anything about it and now Im now I embarrassed myself because of it.
