Marketing of this being a "luxury doggie daycare" is incorrect and grossly misleading. It is anything but. I'm rating the low quality of services provided one star, but wish that I could rate their knowledge and customer service skills as negative stars.While using their daycare services for my puppy, I noticed that once he was neutered and allowed to play with other pups during the day that he would reek of urine when I picked him up. When I asked about this, I was told it must have been 'wet dog smell' and that I'd need to request that he be wiped down every day prior to pick up if I wanted this service. Most other doggie daycares offer this as part of the service, being especially mindful of doggie play, potential spread of germs and allergies to other dogs. And to be clear: it was urine!! One evening that I came to pick him up, I could see that he was left in an unattended room, begging at the door to be let out. When I asked about this, I was told that the room was indeed attended; even though I had full view into the room with no attendant. My pup, who is very social and friendly also started to resist going into the facility after a few days; seemingly scared to go in. Their website advertised doggie cams to view the playrooms that were not in service the entire time I used their services. So one only knows what other lack of care my puppy didn't receive while there. When I asked when the cameras would be restored, I was fed some excuse about lack of funds to make the necessary repairs. Hardly "luxury" or an indicator of proper business management or upkeep. It's also false advertising since given the cost of the daycare, I felt reassured that I'd be able to check-in on him while he was in their care. I wasn't told about the broken doggie cams until after I'd paid for a daycare package. Lastly, when I requested a refund for unused services, I had to chase a response and was then only refunded a small percentage of monies owed. When I asked why, I was provided an answer that was just poor arithmetic. When I questioned that, I was basically told that I should be thankful I got any of my money back.You'd be better served going with other local doggie daycare providers such as DogTopia or Camp *************. At least then you have assurance that your dog is being properly cared for and able to provide the services as advertised.
