Extremely unprofessional establishment. The owner ************************* followed me out of her shop cussing me out because I told her I didnt want to leave my dog after she told me she had to shave him because he had a few knots. I told her that this is something that I can take care of at home because she was charging me $1 a minute for just this service. She proceeded to call me a dog abuser and said that de-matting hurts the dog. I told her I didnt appreciate the way she was speaking to me and that I will go elsewhere. She went crazy screaming me out onto the street telling me to go F*myself and kept calling me a dog abuser. I told her that I was going to leave a review and she became very aggressive. I got in my car went home and an hour later an officer from the ************** knocked on my door. He said he was sent by this woman and he was just doing his job. He was very apologetic because obviously she wasted both of our time. This woman should not own a business and is capable of anything. She has anger issues and should not be handling animals. Her reviews on ****** and Yelp are terrible and speak for themselves. According to someone that used to work for her, she doesnt even have a license to groom dogs and cant hire anyone because she doesnt get along with anyone that works for her. A thorough business background check should be done on this owner because she is not experienced to handle animals. I just want people to be aware of the type of person that will be working with your animal. I can only imagine the abuse she must give these animals behind close doors, if it is so easy to call an actual owner an abuser.
