      I have had multiple communication issues with my local closet and storage concepts store. I reached out to corporate office and have left multiple voicemails, specifically *******************, who will not return my phone calls. I have been asked multiple times to pay final balance for closet installation when the job is not complete. Wrong drawers were ordered, installer had to come back multiple times to finish job. The local store has contacted me and tried to resolve all issues. This complaint is specifically for the corporate office and *******************. If I call and leave a message for someone at the corporate office I expect a phone call from that person. Does the corporate office not care about the issues a customer has with a local store? It seems as if the poor communication at the store level is being learned by the poor communication at the corporate office. The product this company sells is great, but the corporate communication to customers in my experience is poor at best. I am still waiting for a phone call from ******************* at corporate office. I was told by my local store that there is no way she is going to call me back. I cant recommend this business to anyone even though the product is great due to corporate not seeming to care about the customers that are keeping the business open.

      The consumer complained about not receiving a return call from an employee of our ************************* after leaving a message. The employee instead had contacted the owner of the ************, ************** franchise store that had made the sale to **************** to verify that the consumer's issue was being handled and taken care of properly. When we received the notice from the BBB today, I personally called the consumer and he has assured me that the issue has been resolved and that he is happy. The ************ store had already taken care of his issue and there is no further complaint. **************** has my phone contact here at our ********** office and I asked him to call me back if he has any further problems.
