"Exceptional Medical Transportation's" Run-22-***** invoiced me, and harasses me, threatening to *** me, but they well know I am not the "*******************," as explained to their ambulance attendants on their Oct 10, 2022 transport date. It was explained again to them by phone and by my subsequent letter. Earlier that Oct 10 day, *************'s ******* Hotel sought to remove me from their premises by calling an ambulance. Though I had at no time and in no way been unruly there, and though I stated I was capable of leaving on my own and was clearly capable of leaving on my own despite abrasions incurred there at the hotel...nonetheless, ******* phoned for an ambulance: The is*** now is as follows... My having no insurance nor available funds, ******* repeatedly told me, in the presence of "Exceptional Medical Transportation" attendants, that ******* would cover the cost. I repeatedly reminded the ambulance-business attendants of that. -But as a person of color, surrounded by two crews of uniformed personnel (Exceptional Medical Transportation's and *******'s), I was ordered to lie down on their ******. -With no treatment in the ambulance or in the hospital, I was discharged just a few hours later. Taking me there under protest, Exceptional Medical Transportation's personnel understood ******* stated ******* would cover the cost. But for revenue, they apparently carry off people against those people's will, with no authorization from regular police or from written law. That is tantamount to an abduction/******, arguable against the court collections action threatened against me by Exceptional Medical Transportation, demanding over $1,300 in having "taken me for a ride." -Please contact ******* risk-management ************ or ********************** to confirm the above. I seek BBB intervention to monitor this case and to redress damages (a bad credit report) that *** already have been inflicted on me by "Exceptional Medical Transportation."
