Details below.Initial Contract $76,800 dated 2-18-22 Change Order 001 $13,850 agreed on 7-14-22 It would take too long to discuss how many times he said he would finish these jobs. Originally it was August 22, then September, then every four weeks is a new date. Since November, he averages about 1 day a week and barely does any work. Most of the time he doesnt even come, he sends his *****************************. The last six weeks he hasnt showed up or responded to texts. We are completely paid to date minus his last payment of $1500 minus $180 for tile, $200 for grout, $100 shelf = $1020 remaining. In our contract this is to be paid after ALL punch list is done. He said he got a new job (I know the new clients are in Verona) and he needs to finish that. This has happened twice. Every time a new job occurs, he tells us he needs to finish that before finishing ours. With that being said he started in our house 13 months ago and has completely stopped working on our house. Additionally, his work has gotten much worse. The quality is horrible. Things are falling off, finished edges look horrible, my son cut his foot open and we had to bring him to the hospital on a panel he installed that isnt flush. He leaves screws and razors out. He doesnt clean after he comes over. Remaining WORK -Various Punchlist all over. I have 34 pages of items. -Install the kitchen hood through the roof. Material purchased already. Apparently he ordered a piece that hasnt showed up (ordered in mid-March.this is probably a lie)-Finish kitchen trim -Finish mudroom electrical -Mudroom trim -Family Room floor trim -MUCH MORE PUNCHLIST I know I am all over the place with this. The last note is in our change order is the drop-dead finish date he gave us of 10-26-22. It is now 5-24-23. I have a 50 page document with all the pictures of remaining work and poor quality work, but there is a 5MB upload ****Initial Complaint

This business began home renovations in my home in January 2022. The business was paid for services that were never completed. The business never returned to finish the job. He also damaged by dining room table.
