      Dear ***/*****,I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service I received from your dealership. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I demand immediate action be taken to rectify the issues that I encountered.Firstly, upon arriving to pick up my CPO car, I was horrified to find that it was in an unprepared state. The front of the car was riddled with scratches, there was a significant amount of mud inside the wheels, and pieces were missing from the front of the car. To add insult to injury, the plastic parts inside the car were broken. I wasted two hours of my valuable time waiting for your team to prepare the car, which is unacceptable.Furthermore, I found your staff to be unprofessional and careless in their handling of my paperwork. Despite numerous reminders from my end, my title and plate were sent to the wrong address. This caused significant inconvenience and additional expense for me, which is simply unacceptable.Finally, the complete lack of response from your team is entirely unacceptable. I sent a message on Jan 16, asking for my title, and have not received any response. This level of indifference and disregard for customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling extremely frustrated.In conclusion, I demand immediate action to rectify the issues I have encountered. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will leave me with no other option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities.Sincerely,*****

      To Whom It May *************************************************** the Finance Manager and myself *************************** the General Manager spoke to ***** on the phone today.

       

      ***** is sending me pictures of the scratches on the car that we are going to rectify.

       

      He has the title to his car. ***** and his wife had moved and did not update their address on the *** website. Porsche Monmouth billed out the vehicle to there correct current address but when the title paperwork went to the state, it was done with the address that was on file with the state as they had not changed it before doing the transaction like we recommended it. 

      we are picking up the car and dropping off a loaner. We also gave him 2 years complimentary service for his inconvenience

      This is *****************, I sent a compliant about Porsche Monmouth, here I want to make some updates.

      Yes, they contacted me, but now they dont reply back to me again, I tried to confirm their pick up date and thing to repair but no response. 

      Can you please open the bbb compliant and push them to reply?
