ordered custom window treatments Dec 1, 2022 from Budget Blinds of Westfield (***********************-owner)The window treatments we and discussed and ordered were not what was delivered and installed. The kitchen window valance was supposed to be placed over the window trim and when they were installed they were placed inside the trim and too short on the sides. *********************** (budget blinds owner) told me he "made a mistake and would order the correct valance and install when they were done being made" I called on April 17th to inquire about the order. ***** (assistant) seemed confused and told me no order was placed. I asked for a call back from *****- he never called me back-even after called him 5 more times. I am not sure what to do now- services provided was not was promised. Paid in full.Business response
