On 10/14/2020 I went to this business with my Infiniti car and paid for an oil change. On 11/7/2020, while driving on the highway, the engine oil plug completely fell off, because of not being properly tighten. The reason I knew this was because the car started smoking everywhere and smelling like burnt oil. Luckily I was less than a mile from home and was able to make it without any catastrophic engine damage. I then made another oil change on my own, to make sure it was done correctly. I contacted the manager Dylan ** on 11/7/2020 to inform him of the matter. I then drove to the business location, where Dylan ** had the employees wash the car and undercarriage to wash away the burnt oil smell. He then asked me for all of the receipts and promised me that the Accountant would cut me a check to not only reimburse me for the original oil change but also for the additional expenses incurred. Including the damage to the under hood heat shield. I called him on several occasions and each time I was given several excuses and no resolution.
