  Back in April 2020, I signed a contract with Pool Liner Galaxy (***), located in Neptune, ********** for the purchase of a replacement ************** Vinyl liner totaling $4600 dollars for my 16x32 in-ground rectangular swimming pool. *** installed the liner on August 17, 2020. Thirty (30) days later, I noticed that the pool liner was hanging down from the wall inside the pool. I called the *** main office to inquire about the matter and was confronted with a rude and unprofessional woman on the phone who would not assist me without me providing her with my contract. Unable to locate my contract, I asked the woman who answered the telephone if she could send me a copy of it. The *** woman advised that the company has thousands of contracts not filed in their office and that she was not going to go searching for mine. I even offered the telephone person my warranty registration and lifetime liner replacement warranty information and she advise me no. Therefore, I decided to write a letter to the company to request a copy of my contract and to request someone to come out to fix the pool liner. There was no response from *** regarding my letter. So, I called the sales representative who sold me the contract named, *************************, to express my dismay for the lack of professionalism that I have been receiving regarding the l lining separating from the pool. ************************* advised that the liner just needs to be Resnaped around the pool edges and that he would come out and fix the problem. However, ************************* never showed up. A year later, still now response from *** to address or fix my issues. Another problem has existed. The liner has multiple wrinkles in bottom of the floor surface. When the liner was installed in 2020, I noticed a wrinkle in the liner and brought it to the attention of the installer. He advised me not to worry about it and that the wrinkle will fade away. I am requesting that *** to come out and repair the vinyl liner

  5-2-20 I purchased a pool liner and vermiculate from pool liner galaxy in 2020. I have a contract that states they must come out and fix any problems and check it for free. Lifetime guarantee. They told me I had to pay someone else to come out and diagnose the problem for them to be able to come out. Which is not in my contract. I had someone come out and determine that there was a leak under the steps. There is a leak under the steps. He doesnt know where they put the liner in incorrectly and thats why I was leaking or if theres a tear in the liner underneath the step. I have been in contact with them three times already myself. The man that we hired to check out the pool has been in contact with them. The other are not answering the phones no one is getting back to us. I wanna know if anything can be done about this because its ridiculous. We paid $6000 for them to come out and do this. I wanna know what I can do?I want them to come out and fix the problem with the liner.
