      Willow ************************* Mgmt (********) has been giving us a hard time regarding the basins on Whisper Way. They are filled with water and slug and have not been cleaned for many years by the mgmt company. We have been going thru this with Taylor for many months. ******** is saying that it is ***************** responsibility. We spoke with ************************** Zoning, Engineering and ******************* and all states that it is Taylor Mgmt property/responsibility. Throughout this process, we have placed several calls to ******** at Taylor Mgmt who either doesn't return our calls or deflects the issue to *******. The amount bugs that are in the area of *********** is ridiculous. Clean the basins Taylor Mgmt so that people can take walks in that area.

      - Transaction started at 04/15/2023 - Taylor management does not provide necessary documents to make the transaction proceed for the property transaction at *************************************************** and never respond to home owners' messages.- Need help to have the company respond to the messages and provide the necessary documents.

      In July 2022, a wasp's nest was discovered in on my property that formed due to improper siding work done by a contractor hired by Taylor Management. I requested the wasp's nest be removed immediately as well as a fix in the gap that was left in the siding. The gap did not get fixed for three months and I had to call an exterminator myself to remove the aggressive wasp's nest as the company stated they only deal with wood eating insects. I sent the bill amount to Taylor Management and after two months of no answer on reimbursement, I deducted the amount from the dues. They rejected my claim and since then have ignored countless emails dating back to October ************************************************************ place. Additionally, they keep charging me late fees every month for the original amount disputed, while NOT a single response to emails regarding the appeal process sent in March, June and finally in September 2023. I finally received a response at the end of September *********************************************************************** appealing my case to an Alternative Dispute Resolution board--I have yet to receive contact. Their lack of communication (email chains as proof) is despicable and unprofessional. Their corporate offices go to a mailbox that go unanswered as well as their local numbers. Their online reviews should speak for themselves.

      I'm living at ******************************* ********* for last 22 years. I submitted a complaint to Taylor management regarding dying trees in the common property on May 17, 2023. I called *********************** several times to talk about the issue. ***** initially returned my phone calls stating the landscaper needs to inspect the trees for treatment. For over a month now ***** has not returned my phone messages. This is not acceptable. I see carelessness in attending to tenant complaints. I have been paying HOA fees regularly for last 22 year and do not tolerate this careless attitude from the employees of Taylor management. I expect Taylor management to take care of the trees in common property and take disciplinary action for such unprofessional behavior.
