I contacted ************* regarding a refinance.I had a firm deadline and explained that I could lose the property if there was a delay.He was very enthusiastic and guaranteed he could get the refinance completed without any issues and most importantly in a timely manner.Then the fees started coming in.Fees paid through cashapp to his corporation's senior accountant, ************************1st was a $200 fee that would go towards the loan costs when it was finalized.The next day it was another $200 for an appraisal with another $600 due "as soon as the appraisal information is sent to imn".This is when ************* stops returning phone calls, texts, and emails.After not hearing from anyone at imn for over a week, I figured I'd been scammed and planned a weekend of trying to fix the situation if possible.However that Friday night after 11 pm, I start getting texts from **************Turns out ************* thought he was texting one of his drug dealers.I know this because the next morning I wake up to find a 1 hour and 51 minute message recorded the night before.************* was out with his "senior accountant", ********************They were so drunk they didn't realize that someone had dialed my number.I listened to this recording in full and was horrified.At first they were being driven to ***************** car.Not only were they very drunk, but I listened as they bought much more serious drugs, argued about each other's share of said drugs, discussed ***************** clients being "suckers", and how they were going to manage driving home.******************* was insistent that she needed the same number of hits that ************* had had so she could stay awake to make sure ************* didn't swerve into oncoming traffic or fall asleep.What followed was over an hour of ******************* berating ************* to stop swerving so much and occasionally waking him up.I have reached out repeatedly but have recieved no response.I will supply this recording and related documentation upon request.
