***** ***** installed my fence 7/9/22. They were scheduled to come out on 7/7/22 but it called for rain that day so they canceled. It never rained that day till overnight. They rescheduled for 7/9/22 They showed up around 9 am on the Saturday even though it was supposed to rain again. Wich it did while they were installing the fence. The guys complained about the owner forcing them to work on Saturday or he wouldn't pay them for the holiday July 4th so they were very disgruntled and not happy about being at my house to do the work. While installing the fence I noticed that the one aluminum gate had a big dent in it wich I brought to the workers attention. Bot thinking at the time but they has pieces of fence sprawled out all over my back yard. Which at the time was partly dirt and stone because I cleared some trees beforehand. They installed the fence and damaged gate because it was around my pool. And has to be fenced in. Once they were done it was raining pretty hard and they were ******* to get done and leave. I did not notice the damage till the next day when the rain stopped. I contacted them on the Monday 7/11/22 and talked to ***** and let her know about all the damaged fencing. She told me to take pictures and send them to her. I asked if the owner could come out to see for himself and she didn't offer him to. I emailed her a bunch of pictures with the damaged fencing and post and the poor quality of workmanship. She said that she was contacting the manufacturer to let them know about the fence implying that it came damaged from them. I believe it was damaged from the poor quality instalation. I have security cameras and you can see on the videos of the rough poor handling and installation process. ***** ordered a new gate. I also asked for a bigger gate for the entrance to the pool. She ordered two 5' gates and had them delivered along with top aluminum caps for the aluminum fence that was damaged. They have not been back to fix anything or return cal

I had a fence installed at my home and there is 10 a years warranty, I have had probably in the first year I had to call them to fix the fence. Now, I called them because the gate is dragging on the ground and it has mess up the grass in that are.ground. The first time I called, I was told, that there wasnt anyone in the area installing a fence, she was aware of when. In other word they had no plans to send someone. When she saw I got upset, she said she put me on the list for repairs and would call me when they can send someone. I called the following week and the story the she gave me was that people in the pass two years dont want to work. I told I wanted someone to fix my fence. She told me she will check the list and will call me. Last week I called them and she told me that they will be coming June 8 to fix it. I called yesterday to verify the time they were coming to fix the gate. This time it was a man, and said they had two guys who called in sick and it will months before they could send someone. In other words they have plans to send anyone. All I want is for them to fix my fence.

On 6.3.2022, I had a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence installed at my home. A few days later, I had concerns with the installation of the gate. i called the company and was told a **** **** would come to my home. To date, *** has never shown up. During this time a fence panel is leaning and is unstable because the post was not properly cemented. I have called ****** left voice mails and emails with no response. The fence install cost $9,670.00 which has been paid in full. I am looking to have my concerns resolved or a refund.

We went out to ******************* residence on May 4, 2022 to give her a free estimate. On May 7th a contract was written up by our project manager *** and a credit card deposit was given on that day with an install date. On June 3rd we installed the fence at this property and when our crew chief **** asked her preference whether she wanted the gate to be up or down she chose up. It was explained to her that if the gate was down it would scrape on the inclined sidewalk and if it was up there would be a gap under the gate. The gate had to be opened inward because she had landscaping pavers in the way if the gate was to open outward. After the work was completed **** handed her a Quality Control sheet which was signed by her. Several days later the install she called to complain that the gate was too high and she didn't like it. We explained to her again why it had to be installed that way and she did not like the decision she made. We sent a service ticket out to her on June 16th via email in which she had to take a few pictures of the concern and attach it to our email, which we received. She wasn't happy with keeping the gate like it was so *** told her he would stop by her house to look at it the next time he was in the area to come up with a solution, she got inpatient waiting on *** and on July 1st she called the office and than sent an email to complain that *** hasn't been out yet and that there was a panel falling on her neighbor's yard.

*** scheduled an appointment on July 28th to meet with her while he was in the area. He took pictures of the gate, the landscaping pavers and the post that was leaning a little bit. He went over some suggestions with her regarding the gate issue and they both came to an agreement that she would move her landscaping pavers and we would come to reinstall the gate to open outwards and move it down lower and also tend to the unsettled leaning post.
