in the past this cleaners have done alterations to my standards . Today , when I picked up my pants I usually would have try them on before leaving the store. But, somebody was in the dressing room. I left and try them on at home. it was obvious that one leg was longer than the other over one inch , and they both was shorter than I expected. when I went back to the cleaners and asked her to look at the discrepancy of the pants legs, she blamed it on me and said it was my fault, she pinned the pants from the back and said to me that it was OK I remember asking her to make sure that they came to the heels of my feet because I was wearing flat shoes with the pants. these pants are part of a suit that had a long jacket and you could see one leg was longer than the jacket, and the other one was up above the bottom of the jacket. The lady argued with me in the store told me she wouldnt give me my money back when I asked for my money back and said it was my fault, I asked to speak to her husband and he came to the front of the store, he looked at the pants and turned around and walked back when I told him what was going on. She said Im the owner of this store. I was so upset when I left, these pant was being altered for me to wear to my grandsons graduation from college.I hope you can help me with my situation. if I cannot get the $15 that I paid for the alterations back, I will have satisfaction with someone address them with the unsatisfactory work.
