I am filing this complaint against Young & Associates regarding unauthorized automatic withdrawals from my bank account for HOA fees and "Delinquent Fee." These withdrawals occurred without my knowledge and permission, raising serious concerns about the handling of my financial information. On October 17, 2023, I spoke with Emilie B***** at Young & Associates, who assured me that the issue was a result of a glitch in their new payment system. Subsequently, we had a face-to-face conversation at the Young & Associates office in November 2023, during which I was again promised a prompt resolution to the matter. Despite these assurances, almost four months have passed, and I am still awaiting both an explanation and a refund for the unauthorized withdrawals. What was initially presented as a technical glitch in the payment system has turned into a prolonged and unresolved issue, causing significant distress. In December, Emilie B***** assured me over the phone that she was in the process of cutting a check for me shortly. However, to date, I have not received any such reimbursement, further adding to the frustration and confusion surrounding this matter. Furthermore, my attempts to communicate with Young & Associates have been met with silence. Calls and emails have gone unanswered, exacerbating the lack of transparency and customer service in this matter. The delay in resolving the overpayment issue, coupled with the absence of communication from Young & Associates, is not only unacceptable but also raises questions of potential fraudulent activity. As a consumer, I expect transparency, accountability, and timely resolution from a business entrusted with handling my financial transactions. I am seeking a clear explanation for the unauthorized withdrawals and a full refund of the erroneously withdrawn funds.Customer response

Please kindly note that the HOA management company has resolved my issue. Please kindly remove/delete my complaint if possible. Thank you for your assistance.
