System is going on off there is electrical problem somewheres in this unit. It was in a couple times. The owner of the **** dealership has done nothing to rectify it very hard to get a Rent-A-Car and when I do get a Rent-A-Car, they give me a car that has a flat tire and I have to get Aaa to fix it, and I bring the car down there and they cant fix the problem because the lights dont go on for them to find where the problem is asked them to swap out the car to give me another car and they have told me they could not do that, but if I pay $6000 for another vehicle, they can get me out of the lease, which is ridiculous. I have filed a small claims With the state of ********** Better Business Bureau with for all kinds of complaints and I have since heard nothing I have turned into Car as of Friday the 20th dealership to get rid of my problems and was forced to pay $5777out-of-pocket to get out of this lease that I feel is deadly I am asking a Better Business Bureau to please do something about this. I had filed a lemon law. I am just waiting for them to get back to me. I have done everything in my power. Go on ******** my next move is to go on social media and blast them get a lawyer if I need to get a lawyer, I will sue them for every last holiday they have so I am begging you to try to rectify this. They will get me out of the car if I pay them which I think is blackmail, I believe thats fraud and I have filed everything in to go after these people.

      ****,

We took the time to do a thorough investigation into your complaint. We absolutely strive to provide our customers with an efficient and professional service experience, so we are disappointed to hear that yours was not what you expected.

Based on dealership documentation you leased your new 2023 **** Escape on March 19, 2024 and you contacted us on Saturday June 22, 2024 at 6:24 PM about an issue with noise coming from your speaker system. We scheduled a Service appointment for you and picked up your Escape for you on the morning of Tuesday, June 25th at which time we provided you with a loaner vehicle. We worked on diagnosing the issue and we could not duplicate the issue while it was here. In good faith and to do our best to satisfy your needs, we did a software update on the vehicle's audio control module for you. Our **** Certified Service Technician advised the vehicle should be left here for further diagnosis at which time you refused and demanded your vehicle be returned to you. We were making arrangements to get your vehicle back to you at a time that was convenient for you, at which time we found you no longer wanted the vehicle so we did our best to trade you out of the vehicle. When you came in to pick your Escape up on Thursday June 27th we did our best to get you into another vehicle, however the total out of pocket expense of $6,000 to get out of the original lease wasn't satisfactory to you.

You contacted us on Thursday July 11th to arrange for a return appointment so we scheduled you an appointment that you did not show for. We later found out the reason you did not show was because you decided to pay $5,777 to get out of the Escape at a Hyundai dealer instead.

Since this complaint with BBB you have filed a Civil Action Complaint Law Suit in court which now requires us to proceed through the court system.
