I am a home care therapist attempting to have PPS repair a broken wheelchair for my patient. After speaking with ******** I was advised PPS is responsible for repair to broken wheelchair for 5 years (was issued to patient in 2019). PPS is stating ******** is lying and they are not responsible. DME is to be repaired by provider for up to 5 years. PPS continues to refuse and has the worst customer **********************. I am unable to get my patient out of bed due to broken W/C. Other companies are not agreeable to repair the chair as it was not issued by them and all refer me back to PPS who originally issued the wheelchair. I asked to speak to owner of PPS and was told he is never in and he wont ever call you back so dont bother leaving a message.
