      He was rude from POS and after car defects. One week after receiving the car the radiator gave out. The dealer refused to help unless we found a way to get the car to ********** so that he could have his own mechanic inspect the vehicle. Also he furthered intimidation tactics by telling us, that he did not have to help us, he was doing us a favor. Which is false, by law he is responsible for the vehicle. Also would not take any quote from any other mechanic, stating unless he could see it himself he was not going to take responsibility for it. Was not being reasonable at all, refused to have a car towed to **********. Stated that the car was not under warranty by him (the dealer) that it was still under the manufacture warranty and that the radiator was fine before we took the car. Which was clearly in accurate because radiators dont just give out after one week of use.

      First of all, the client was dealt with respect upon POS. After a week when we were notified about radiator issue, we requested the buyer to send us picture of the leak for us to understand the location of the leak. The rude response we received was "why wouldn't you take my word?" Keeping in mind, the vehicle is a 2017 Infiniti Q50 with only ****** Miles. A late year and low mileage vehicle do not fail radiator so early. Usually, radiator leaks happen with 10 years older cars with over ******* Miles. I explained all this to the client over the phone and also told other factors such as road debris/chips can be a big factor in puncturing the radiator causing the leak. I kept insisting our client to send a picture of the location of the leak. He kept insisting me to pay for the repair without any proof provided. Upon which, I offered him to bring the car to me, I will help him out and get it repaired by my mechanic. Even though the vehicle was sold with balance of factory warranty which does not cover radiator repair, I was willing to help him with repair by my repair facility. 

      Again, radiators do not give up with low mileage vehicles unless while driving on highway because of road debris. Client came from ********* ** to ******** ** (highway driving) and could have easily driven the car roughly ******* Miles within the week. If the leak was pre-existing, with 90+ degree weather the car would have overheated while driving back to ********* ** (3 hr. drive).
