We remodeled our backyard two years ago. Apparently, during Covid, there was a bad batch of product that was produced by the company that was prone to chipping and cracking As stated by the company itself. When we initially called, we were told due to them being aware of the issue. We had a lifetime warranty on any pavers that *** crack or chip during the lifetime due to the production flaws. They maintain their word and send somebody to assess the damage and count the pavers that needed to be repaired, they supplied the pavers that needed to be repaired and paid the contractor to do so. We ask them if we knew this was gonna happen to all the pavers. Why not replace them all at one time as to not go back-and-forth and that way, guaranteed quality product was delivered. They refused they said they would pay for any damage pavers and the installation of them for the duration of our owning the property. Come this year we have just as many pavers cracked as we had the previous year. Only we were told they were not gonna honor their warranty, not only that but the pavers are now discontinued, leaving us with no potential options of replacing the damage pavers. Not only under their bogus warranty, but even if we were opting to pay for them ourselves. This leaves us having to deal with many cracked pavers and faulty pavers with no option of repairing any of them.
