      Ive bought a 2018 Mini ****** S Hardtop at ******************** **. The car got recommended to me by a sales associate as it was in the showroom and they have guaranteed me that the car has been properly serviced and maintained. Few weeks down after I bought the car I experienced nothing but issues.The tire alignment was off, the battery needed to be replaced, and even in performance it has been decreased due to its defects. For the fact that this car was labeled with a price tag of almost $40.000 it was a complete fraud of a sale and made me question ********************* practices. The ****** itself would be a great and enjoyable car but to lie so blatant upon sale is just wrong and I can only hope that others avoid that location.

      We paid a lease off for our 2020 Mini in late May of 2022 so we could take ownership of this vehicle. It is now August 5th of 2022 and we still havent received the title. Mini financial is blaming the **** but the *** is stating that Mini didnt send them the required documents. In the meantime we paid another cat of ours off and received the title within 2 weeks. I dont believe Mini at all. I planned to sell this car to alleviate an expense but cant without the title, and need to continue paying insurance on it until its sold. I will never buy or lease f from ******** again. All I want is the title.

      should be ZERO stars!I asked for a moving package so I could register my vehicle because I moved out of state....I'VE NEVER had to do this for any other lease I've had and I've had 3-4 leases prior to THIS!so not only do I not get this "relocation package" but I am charged $25 for it, so it's been a month and I have to register....so I register at my old address, which is my brother's address so it's legal.I call about the refund and of course no refund, not only NO REFUND but I get put on hold for about 10 minutes and a lecture about "legal" things for my vehicle and "partial" registration....are you kidding me?so now not only can I NOT REGISTER MY VEHICLE AT MY CURRENT ADDRESS BECAUSE MINIUSA DID NOT SEND ME WHAT I NEEDED,....I get lectured about legal stuff and charged $25? give me a break

      I had a defective thermocouple housing which was covered with a 10 year warranty so I had it repaired at a shop I have been using. I didn't know that I had to take it to a Mini dealer, so apparently I'm screwed. I told impartialservices about my situation and they told me to bring my car to a dealer to get reimbursed. I went to the Mini dealership only to be told that they couldn't help me. I'm on social security disability and I can't afford surprises. Can you all please help me in this situation? I love my car.

      I wish I didnt have to give even one star. This company has so many employees who dont know what they are doing. They transfer several times to the wrong department just to give you a runaround. They report late on all three credit agencies after one day late. They break so many federal laws and nobody does anything to them. We have three car loans and all were so good to us when covid hit except Mini Financial. They were rude and took all our hardships as if we were lying. Maybe because they had to work when others were hunkering down as required by the government.
