I ordered from them two weeks ago. They shipped the item, then sent me an email stating I had opened a case against them on PayPal and they were recalling the package from ****** I called PayPal, and no such case was open. I immediately contacted the company, and a lady named ******* began to assist me but told me they couldn't do anything until they received the package back. I asked why this was necessary since the mistake was theirs, not mine. I asked them to ship the same item to me. She explained that they couldn't resolve the issue right away because they weren't sure if they were successful in recalling the item. So, I waited, checking the tracking periodically. On Monday, I saw that the package was moving back to them. By this time, I had already opened an actual case on PayPal, so I emailed the same lady again. I told her the package was moving back to them, so she should issue the refund so I could repurchase or send me another item right away. She responded that she was going to wait until Friday to reship or refund until they received the item back. I responded, questioning how this was fair since I spent over $300. They made the mistake, and now they are holding my money as if I did something wrong. Yes, I purchased from these guys, and they are terrible; no wonder they have so many bad reviews.
