I'm tired of going to this business and attempting to speak to the owner who gives me excuse after excuse for over a year and three months. A tow truck took my 1999 Mercedes M Class SUV to this shop after it left me. At first I didn't think anything wrong when they didn't call me to tell what the problem was. After several months my daughter called to tell me the vehicle still wasn't ready. That they couldn't get the truck started; that they would call me. I told my daughter that I didn't want them to charge me for the vehicle being held at the shop while diagnosed it. The owner told me "no, I charge when the vehicle is fixed & picked up". Time passed, he never called. I decided to go 8-30-21, and again in December 2021. I was told the owner was out of town. I asked for my truck, and if it was fixed. I was told no. I asked to take it. They told me they couldn't find the keys and couldn't give it to me. I asked when the owner was coming back, they told me in 15 days to a month. I left my cell number. They never called. I went several times after that and was told they'd let him know I went by because they couldn't do anything. The police said, couldn't do anything because its on private property. I went back to the shop and the owner told he couldn't fix it. I told him it had been 8 months in his possession he tells me that. He said "yes." I went to pick it up again and he wasn't there and they refused to give me the truck saying they couldn't find the keys again. I went back again and was told there was a problem with the last big wind storm that damaged the hood and broke the windshield. I was told they'd fix it but they didn't have the parts so I needed to wait. Months passed with no call. Last time I went, was told he would buy truck from for $500, I didn't agree. I went back and he told me he'd call when ready, that hood hadn't come in. I've kept my insurance put work into it and believe its worth $4,300. He sent BBB report back because it was in Spanish.
