I am writing today regarding a family visit to Cliff's Amusement Park on Saturday 08/06/2022. In total, I purchased 4 all-day tickets and two $50 fun cards for $246.50. We arrived at 11:00 am sharp and waited for an hour in line. Upon entering the park, we noticed several rides were closed and no game booths were operating. Due to the fact that most of the other rides weren't open, we waited 37 minutes for the water log ride, which caused longer wait times for the rides that were open. We went on one ride. There is something illegal about Cliffs not alerting customers online prior to purchasing tickets, which I find extremely frustrating. The water park would have been my only choice, avoiding long wait times, wasted money, and most importantly, the disappointment of my children, if I had known your park was only partially operational. What your business is doing is viewed as fraudulent. There was no indication that several rides or games were unavailable. It is a disservice to parents who work hard and save so that they can take their children somewhere fun before school starts.Initial Complaint

My kids went to Cliffs amusement park on July 6, 2022 and we’re sold game passes even though the employees knew the games were closed. They also sold one of my kids a game pass and then told him he was too fat to ride the rides the kid is nowhere near what would be classified as obese. They are refusing to refund the money my kids paid even though Cliff sold my kids passes under fraudulent circumstances.
