This is an honest review. I don't work in any way for ** Paloma (LP). I don't have any friends or relatives who work for LP. And no one asked me to write a good review. //// I've lived at LP since the last week in April 2023. Since I moved to ** (***********) from ** about 18 years ago, I've moved, on average, every 2 years. Mostly have lived in middle-class apt, complexes. And LP is the best complex, by far, that I have ever lived in. Yes, it's not perfect -- but pretty close. Management (Mgmt.) has been so very nice.) Mgmt. is also respectful of the tenants. Mgmt. isn't always 'in our faces'. //// Maintenance staff are THE BEST. //// Neighbors are friendly, but respectful of everyone else's 'space'. //// LP is clean, well maintained. & It's beautiful: green grass and big, healthy trees. There are even rabbits and Roadrunners. //// My apt. is in the very front of LP. You would think it would be noisy and dirty outside, but it's not at all. And I live right by a trash dumpster -- sometimes there is a little trash on the ground inside the enclosed dumpster area, but it's always gone the next day. //// LP is right by the intersection of ****************** but it's still quiet. And the stores (*******, ******** Whole Foods, etc.) are VERY close by -- so easy to talk to. //// Did I mention that Mgmt. and Maintenance staff are wonderful? :-) And that LP is so quiet. Also, I live right by the pool (one of the pools), and, yes, it's summer time now, and I hear children laughing (I hearing the children laugh) -- but it's never very loud, and it's never for very long. //// My ONLY complaint is that my windows and screens were dirty when I moved in. Mgmt. offered to have Maintenance clean my windows -- but I'm doing the cleaning myself -- no big deal. //// ***I'm living at LP until the day I die. :-) Except I'm not joking. I'm 'Home' at LP, I've never felt this way about any other complex I've lived in, and I'm never leaving.***

This place will get no stars from me they have cockroaches ?? and they have plumbing issues and they have no parking for the residents and the grounds might look good but at the mail boxes they have lever flowing trash and bugs all over. My front door floods when it rains. The aunts are out of control they march all over my apartment and the office staff ohhh let not even get started on them. Sarah is the most insensitive selfish heartless gold person I know. She speaks down on us like she is better then and she looks at us as if we don’t belong. Don’t even dare go to her for anything it’s not allowed she is not to bothered by anyone or anything for any reason. Oh but if u happen to be a day late on rent she sure the F cares to be bothered by that. They charge $150 a day late which is illegal. Yea I have talked to attorney and it’s illegal so I’m sure she pockets that. Anyway as soon as my lease is up I’m getting out of here and I will not recommend this god forsaken place to anyone. Not only is it filthy but the staff is fake until the lease is signed and then the real colors show, you are no longer of any importance once you sign ur life away. We are going to court and I’ll let you know the outcome. I asked for the number to corporate and the office staff stated they do not have it. I find that convenient. Sarah R******** is the reason this place sucks I’m sure without her the staff would be able to smile and the resistance would be happy also the problem lays in the property managers hands she needs lots of education on management and she has no social skills whatsoever when it comes to dealing with us residents. I’m pretty that if it weren’t for us renters she would’ve a paycheck she wouldn’t have a job and the only way they only way they get renters is by being fake and lying, I mean we couldn’t view the apartment before move in. I find that convenient. I am almost positive that the only good reviews they get are fake ones posted by staff. It made me mark a star
