In December 2023, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated The Auction Bidness, LLC business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and consumer reviews.
During the course of our investigation, BBB found this business’ reported address 2201 Menaul Blvd NE Suite A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, appears to be for receiving postal mail and not their operations address. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. 
BBB made inquiries to The Auction Bidness, LLC via US Postal Mail and email asking the following:
1. Copies of The Auction Bidness, LLC documentation and disclosures provided to consumers such as contracts, refund policy, and any other documents that are provided to consumers during the normal course of interaction with your business. 
2. Examples of their recent auction notices and advertisements.
3. The Auction Bidness, LLCs operations address. 
4. Contact information and any additional business names, websites, and contact information.
The Auction Bidness, LLC initially responded to BBB inquiries. 
The Auction Bidness, LLC provided a written response and documents for questions one (1) and two (2). A few of the details received from The Auction Bidness, LLC are: 
"Addressing the complaints, it's essential to highlight that our business operates in an industry where buyer fraud is unfortunately on the rise and highly prevalent. Our company has been vigilant to ensure it is neither a victim nor a conduit for such illegitimate activities."
"All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults." 
"ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES- NO EXCEPTIONS."
And their documents included Conditions of Sale which includes their refund policy and they also included advertisements with their Terms and Conditions and Mission Statement.
Business did not provide information for questions three (3) and four (4), regarding their operation address, additional business names, and additional websites.
