I had this company pick up my vehicle July/August 2020. Everytime I ask about it owner has an excuse to why repairs are not being completed or that they are almost done. But they are never completed. I have already given the shop $1000.00 up front for repairs. I'd go to the shop and ask to see my car and he told me it was being painted and a month later I went and nothing had been done to it. All I get is lie after lie!!!! He gave me an estimate of $5000.00 to complete $4000.00 minus the $1000.00 I gave up front. I spoke to the owner about my car October2021 and he told me that his son was working on it and his goal was for November 1, 2021, it is November 24, 2021 and now he is not answering my calls or text. They have taken out the motor and said they were replacing it with a different one including drivelines and axcels front and back and transmission, and paint, tinting windows.Business response

Hi, as for the no text or answer phone calls I was out with covid which she knew about. The phone calls where not even about this car she was calling about other company cars we where working on. we have done more than $1000.00 worth of work on her car she can come pick up the car and her $1000.00 anytime she wants. Do to her very bad attitude we do not want to work on her car.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:S&V said that i was not allowed on the premises. So how am I supposed to know if everything is in my car that I left for installation. As a professional through my company I always made sure this vendor was paid on time even if I had to hand deliver the check to make sure the vendor was taken care of. As a customer to this company I never received the same actions. Can you please send me pics of my car to see what shape it is in so I can schedule a tow truck to pick it up I’ll let you know when they will be there to pick up my property and money

***** has picked her car and money she sent ****** ***** on 12/07/21 with a letter of release having him act as her agent he also signed a letter of hold harmless
