I purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty from ***** **** ******** in 2021. I have never filed a claim, and as per the contract I may cancel the policy and request a refund. I have repeatedly called the sales line and spoke to supervisors, who promised to push this foward and return the calls. I never received any return calls. I emailed them and they told me they had the required information to issue a refund. They informed me it will take 30 days to process the refund. It has been over 2 months and now they don't even respond to emails. I am reading other reviews and i am inclined to say that this company is a scam and must be reported for criminal activities. I can't believe they are allowed to operate as a legitimate business. All I want is my deserved refund. Attached is my contract application and a signed statement from ****** ******. The other attachments are the email correspondence where Titan acknowleges the refund process. That was the last contact I have received. Thank You ** ******Initial Complaint

I purchased an Extended Vehicle Service Contract for $1,715.00 on 12-27-2021. I tried to use this warranty for the first time in September 2023 at dealership in Athens, Texas. The dealership submitted the repair order to the claims department as required by Titan Auto and never heard back for payment. I have a BUMPER-TO-BUMPER full coverage and now they do not want to pay the claim. The dealership and I have called several times a week. I even faxed after the dealership faxed in paperwork and both dealership and I emailed Titan Auto. STILL NO RESPONSE!!! I just want my full refund if the company is not going to honor the Service Contract Agreement.Initial Complaint

April 11,2023 my Lincoln Reserve MKC would not start. Dead battery. It was jump started and then found that the instrument panel was not functioning. I was in Austin, TX and took the car to ****** ************ ****** in Austin, TX (###-###-####).I took three weeks for the Dealership to determine what the problem was. Then contact Titan Auto Warranty. They filed a written claim and received np response. Refilled and started calling ###-###-#### (called over 50 times over the next two weeks with no response. I was without the vehicle for two months and authorized the dealership to repair and I paid the $2893.01. I am seeking reimbursement for this amount. As of July they are still charging me $82.88 a month for the insurance.Initial Complaint

I purchased a service warranty for 2 yrs / 24K miles last March 2022. Took my Mini Cooper in for a diagnostic at my *** certified mechanic. They submitted in writing by email and fax the repair order and did not get a reply from ***** **** ******** ** ******* underwriters. It has been almost 3 weeks since the original claim was submitted. This is unacceptable business practice as my vehicle is in the shop and needs a repair authorized. If this company demands that everything be in writing and then does not reply to said written correspondence then it is my conclusion that they are scamming the general public and stealing from them and not providing the service they are taking money for. I would like my money back for this warranty sham product!! Highly offendedInitial Complaint

I purchased a car warranty from Titan Auto Warranty (underwritten by Autoguard, LLC) on 01/26/21 (paid $1696.00 / $423.64 dwn & $70.67 a month) The warranty was for 36 months or 146,071 odo. I asked a bunch of questions prior to purchase ~ assuring me so many things were covered. My car went into the shop 04/12/2021. Mechanic said i needed a catalytic converer. The shop emailed TAW and they said that wasn't something they covered. I was told when I called prior to purchase it was (as i was hearing about all kinds of issues with Catalytic converters) I went ahead and paid for repaid ($2591.16) Then I attempted to get argue my case with TAW. What a joke. They don't answer the phone ~ an answering service takes your information but NO ONE EVER returns your call. I asked to cancel my warranty but they refused stating I made a claim. When you read the entire contract it states "If a claim has been presented whether approved or denied, there will be no cancellation of warranty." I didn't make a "claim" ... the mechanic emailed TAW and told them the issue (as you have to prior to any approval/payment from TAW) They also sent one of their inspectors to the shop but still denied my to enforce the warranty. I sold the car 06/04/21 and asked they cancel the warranty as I no longer owned the car. NO ONE ever called back after several messages left and emails. If you threaten to sue they don't care as I found out the address they have listed on file is a large office building that they don't have an office space in. I spoke with someone at 500 Marquette and she states TAW receives lots of mail and it all gets returned as they don't occuy space there. Also, they had control over my bank account and I couldn't stop them from withdrawing as they had my bank info and I have had that bank acct number for over 30 years and all my direct dep go into it. In hind sight I should have cancelled my bank acct. PLEASE help me get my money back from this scam of a non companyInitial Complaint

In July, 2021, I purchased an extended Power Train Warranty from Titan Auto Warranty in Albuquerque, N.M. for $2240. On 9/26/22, I called the company when my Check Engine Light came on. This is the required first step under their detailed policy. I took the car to Carson City Hyundai who emailed them an estimate for repairs to my fuel injectors and replacement of spoiled spark plugs. I called them every day and they never replied. They use an answering service company called Gabbyville in Memphis, TN that is also complicit in the fraud as they won't provide any contact information for the company which also operates under CONTRACT SERVICE UNDERWRITERS, with same address and answering service. I want payment of $3487 as provided under the policy. I have filed a complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General, and if you cannot help me with a resolution, I will sue them in Albuquerque Small Claims Court. Sincerely, ***** ******* ###-###-####Initial Complaint

My husband purchased and extended warranty from Titan starting 7.22.2021 for 2077.00 (519 down 24x64.50/mth). ******* **** (Seaside, CA) submitted a claim by email per Titan's call centers request on September 8, 2022. They have not heard back from Titan even after multiple calls. My husband and I have called the number on our contract and website 11 times without a response from Titan. This number is not Titans direct line but instead a call center (888.491.2837). ******* ****, myself and my husband have been patient up until now. When asked to speak directly to a supervisor at Titan we are told by the call center they do not have a number to give us and that the messages from our calls are forwarded to Titan through a data base. We have paid Titan monthly per our contract over the past year and rightfully so expect them to uphold their end of the contract.Initial Complaint
