  I had just recently purchased a truck from ****** who works at G&C Motors LLC. On October 4 2023 I found a listing on *********** that led me to these crooks. I test drove the truck and there where some issues but we talked and they insured me that the vehicle was inspected and they stood behind there sales. Well I couldn't even get home before it broke down. I live outside of Albuquerque so the phone was the only way I could contact this business. I got the truck towed to my mechanic at spears automotive in sandia park nm. They inspected the vehicle and found broken motor mounts, broken driveline parts, bad transmission, and melted wires. It adds up to thousands to get it road worthy. I had called this business 5 times a day for days with no response. They finally answered and basically told me there was nothing they can do and it was an as is sale. I have read reviews on this business and found out they do this to everyone. They are robbing people blind and they need to face some kind of consequence.

  Dear BBB,
  I’m so sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We understand the customers frustration. Mr. ******* contacted G&C Motors LLC for the first time, October 30th. ****** explained to Mr. ******* that the vehicles implied warranty covered 15 days or 500 miles which ever occurred first. Mr. ******* got upset and started yelling and hung-up the phone. A screen shot was sent to Mr. ******* of the warranty statement. G&C Motors is willing repair or allow Mr. ******* to return the vehicle if it has not gone over the 500 Miles. We apologize for any inconvenience this might caused.
