Bio-One Albuquerque was incredibly great to work with. From the minute I called to inquire about their services all the way to the completion of the job. They were very responsive, respectful of the situation and showed tremendous compassion. They did an amazing job of cleaning the affected area. I highly recommend their services and am very grateful they were able to assist us during a very difficult time.

I had a very difficult situation as a landlord and I did not know what to do. I called other companies that gave me prices which were outrageous. Bio One responded quickly, was sympathetic, and took time to explain what needed to be done. They quickly sent out a person to see what was involved and then gave me a free estimate. The estimate was significantly less than the competition. Upon my approval, they quickly acted and cleaned up a mess to a standard beyond my expectations and did more than they promised. Nicole called me back just hours before another company was going to assist me after my dear father's sudden passing. I am so grateful that she did because her kindness knew no bounds. The empathy and care that she brought my family on our darkest saddest day was astounding. I am so grateful I was in her care. She was a strong, open hearted, wise, 'Bad ass woman' as my dad would put it, and he wold have loved her! Especially for her helping his best friend in her moment of need. We loved her and Kris both so much that we will be working with them for other services as well. Kris was also a a total bass ass and open caring person. She was not only physically strong and impressive driving a huge truck but took time with me to cry and share some of life's stories.
