On 1/15/22 I left a clock for repair. I was told that I would be contacted with an estimate. It was not until 1/27/22, when I spoke with "Sue" at the premises, who told me the clock needed complete reconditioning and the price would be $485 & would take several months, however, for an additional fee of $50, she told me it would be ready in one month. I told her that I wanted the clock as soon as possible and agreed to pay the additional $50. I gave her my B of A debit card over the phone and the next day (1/28/22), the $50 was debited from my account. I heard nothing more, until I contacted Clocks & More on 2/24/22, around 10:30 am and asked to speak to "Sue", however, the lady I talked with (Mary), said she was not available, but I could speak with "Ann". I spoke briefly with "Ann" and asked her about the clock. She said she would check into it and call me back later that day. She did not, so on 2/25/22, I again called and was able to spoke with "Ann". I explained what "Sue" had told me and "Ann" said that repairs on my clock had not been started yet!! I also told "Ann" what "Sue" had told me about the $50 fee for one month service and "Ann" said something to the effect that "Sue" should not have told me that. I told "Ann" that I would give it a couple of more weeks and contact them. The afternoon of 3/11/22, "Sue" called to say the clock was ready. I told her I wanted the $50 refunded for being much longer than one month and she denied that she told me that. She said she would talk to the owner & contact me. A few minutes later, she called and said that the $485 fee still stood (in addition to the $50 fee I had already paid), and denied that she had ever told me it would be ready in one month for the extra $50. She was rude, belligerent and I told her I would pick up the clock on 3/12/22. She also said "they have clocks here from 2019 or so, that are still awaiting repair" (!?) Rude, very poor service and I want my $50.Customer response

Hello,
The owner of Clocks and More has contacted me and refunded me the $50 fee for the one month service charge, which was not provided. At this point, I wish to dismiss this claim.
