I made calls getting prices for cement and a line pump. When I called coyote about the pump they gave me a ph number to a Manuel. He quoted me $125 an hour for the pump. I didn't reserve it at the time my husband then talked to Manuel they set date and time of the job. The night before my husband texted Manuel to confirm and also in text he confirmed 125 hour. Manuel said yes. The day of the job they charged us $467 way more than our budget. After several phone calls to Manuel and the manager from coyote concrete Terri. They refuse to listen to me or compensate for their lack of communication on the charges. He only pumped for 1 hour but is now telling me it's a 3 hour minimum starting from when they leave shop till they return. Again they never told us that then they charge $50 fuel charge. Another they charged for 14 yards of cement when we only had 13 yards!

When we get calls for Pump Pricing we always give all the details of the pricing structure, which we did this time as well.
She claims she was only told $125/hour and nothing more. We do not agree with this at all, all prices were given as they always are. (If we did not we would have multiple reports on this same issue.) When she called me to talk to me about the issue, I did listen to her and explain the billing structure. She claimed she called multiple pump companies and decided to go with us based on price, every pump company in town has the same structure of a 3 hour min. port to port. This is not something that is exclusive to us, and we always quote this.
I had asked her if she could have just misunderstood what was being said as it is not something she deals with all the time, she said that yes that was possible.When our operator was on sight the crew had even mentioned that they didn't want us to stay to finish the job they would continue by wheel barrow because they didn't want to go over the 3 hour min. I told her that was said and all she would do is say we were all liars and called our pump supervisor names.
While we do understand that she is upset, we stand by our pricing structure.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree with a what coyote said about my husband's workers being worried about the 3 hours they had no idea about any of that. Also I did make calls to several companies getting prices on pumps of course I gave my husband the information on coyote because they gave the best quote. Again, my husband has text from Manuel ph confirming $125 an hour and the time and address. Never did he say 3 hr minimum from the time they left shop. I am rejecting this response because: you can disagree with me but I have proof Manuel confirmed $125 an hour. I will attach copy of text. But I am still requesting some sort of refund I was overcharged! You will clearly see on the text it's Manuel's phone number and his confirmation on the price.
