    Not once but TWICE we came to our appointment and was told that only 1 of our 3 insurances were approved. The 2nd hadnt responded, and the third (********) was not added "because it cant be added yet". Supposedly the coordinator called the 2nd insurance yesterday and did not get a response. Why weren't we called then? When I called to reschedule my son's appointment because we had COVID, I notified them he now has ********. The coordinator said she would add and retro it back. This morning I asked why ******** wasn't added? The coordinator said she couldn't add it yet until the the auths were approved for the other two? SINCE WHEN was that the process?? Why wasn't this told to me prior on the phone when I called? The coordinator literally said, "at the last appointment they ended up covering..." so you want to just assume its covered? Why isnt ******** being added if we are "assuming" the 2nd will be approved?Why couldn't the coordinator tell me ahead of time and I could have called the insurance?When I called more than 2 wks ago, THE COORDINATOR said she would retro back ******** as primary but now she says she never did ******* son has 3 insurances. 1 is approved and 1 can't be added until the 2nd is approved.. we can't 'assume' it's going to be covered like we are the 2nd insurance? Why are we not told timely? Why is the 2nd time this happend? Yes I can afford the out of pocket payment but why is this happening AGAIN? So we have to respect your time and schedule but for the customers their time doesn't matter?I worked in Healthcare for more than a decade.(literally as a supervisor over training employees on insurances and coordination of benefits) I know and understand the coordination of benefits for health, eye and dentistry. This is the ONLY dentist office/Coordinator we have trouble with. Shes unorganized, is forgetful, and she is rude to her peers.
