This company automatically signed me up for a subscription when I specifically wanted and ordered their meal bars just once. They kept shipping them to me and when I emailed their support team to stop and cancel they first ignored me, I emailed again and the response was I needed to contact a different department. After the 3rd time they shipped me bars I didn't order or even like them enough to pay more money for, they ******** my account when they charged the 3rd month and only after I filed a dispute with my bank for the 2 months they didn't cancel did I get a response from them. Seems super shady to auto sign customers up for subscriptions than make it difficult to cancel. I was a loyal customer for 6 years spending $10k plus over the years and this is how they treated me Also, they are not going out of business they are reopening per their own marketing emails so I would beware of anything this company does in the future. I'm also upset because in my personal coaching contract it specifically stated that we would receive 1 Live monthly momentum conference every month for 12 months with "Kaelin" and she rarely hosted those they were mostly done by others not stated in the contract!!!! My coach was also not there for me and was too stressed in her own life and working for them to coach me. They have also removed me and many other members from their community but continue to host pictures of my body and personal shares within their online group. I want my images removed they are not authorized to have them anywhere!!!Review from Marilyn T

I purchased two products when they announced that they were closing never received it i emailed them and they assured that i would be getting it and that it would arrived late because of so many orders that was backed, i even called numbers that i googled and none seem to work i still would like to get my order or my money funded back to my accountThanksReview from Casey K

I have purchased LadyBoss products many times over the years. Although the products taste good, the customer service is awful and rude. I am infuriated with the way things transpired during my last order. I purchased many products, spent hundreds of dollars during their liquidation sale. They had this sale because they told everyone they were going out of business, everything must go and that we would never again be able to purchase these products. It took almost 3 months for my order to arrive. They wouldnt send a confirmation email, or tracking number as promised. But what makes it all worse, is the fact that yesterday (after the last of the liquidation items were shipped out) they sent an email basically saying " guess what, we had a turn of events, we are not going out of business after all." All of us who purchased these mass orders were scammed by this company. They turned it into a money grab, took advantage of hundreds of thousands of women who believe in the LadyBoss products, all of us women who have kept them in business all these years, all of us women who struggle to make ends meet, but still bought her over priced products time and time again which made LadyBoss millions. I am disgusted with this company and I will never buy another thing from them because of this stunt they pulled to make a large amount of money in a short amount if time.Review from Amanda K

So Ive been a loyal customer for a year or so and when they said there were going out of business I bought up in there products! Which I finally got a couple weeks back. HOWEVER they now state they are NOT going out of business and it was just a ploy to get us to buy there stuff. DISGUSTING!!!! I placed an order after finding out Lady Boss was closing its doors. Ive been using their products for months so I wanted to stock up. Order was placed on 6/12 and money taken from acct. I was sent a confirmation email and tracking number that is untraceable through DHL. Their phones are permanently closed and emails are not being returned. On April 17th, 2022 I purchased an order on Ladyboss website. It has been exactly two months since then and I have not received a shipping confirmation. My complaints to customer service resulted in response that my order is still in processing. My last email to the customer service was a week ago and I have yer to receive a response. At this point I want either a refund or my order. Hoping this will get resolved soon.Review from Misty C

I can give this company as zero I absolutely would first and foremost there is stuff all online about how you let go of your employees and then have a big liquidation cell so how is it that you dont have enough people but you let them go and threaten them to say that if they said anything they wouldnt get their unemployment. Not only that I placed an order because I have with you guys before and actually have reached out several times just for someone to tell me that it was in processing which it would be shipped soon and its been over two months just like everybody else on here you cant have a big liquidation sale tell people to expect their stuff by certain datessendsendout emails telling them it will s*** by certain days if its not going to happen. You know I thought I was doing the right thing it was actually going to go back and re-order because I noticed that you still had stock but since I havent received the first email confirmation of the actual tracking number Ive just decided not to order from this company ever again its so sad to say because I had such high hopes because I love the product but the way that everybodys been treated is just absurd and just just ridiculous I really wish everybody the best of luck but we deserve to get what we have paid for or else we couldve went somewhere else and bought what we wanted or preferred or what have you.Review from Billi W

I placed an order from the liquidation sale 2 months ago. I emailed twice now asking them to cancel my order. They still have not cancelled my order. I received an email after the first email to cancel and they said it was on its way. I went to the tracking information and it still hasnt been sent. Then the second email responded with a case number. I feel like this is a scam. Dont order anything from them because they dont cancel the orders and they keep your money and they dont send anything.Review from Brianna S

I placed an order on April 14th, as did my mother. We live in the same house. She got her order delivered in the first week of May. My order has not shipped but I have been charged for it. Customer service said back in May they were getting it ready to ship. The tracker has just said processing since A couple days after I made the purchase. It has now been 2 days shy of 2 months. My order has not shipped, customer service is ignoring me, and I have not received the refund I asked for. My order was 2 of the half gallon water bottles, one shaker bottle, and a tank top. I placed an order for 3 shakes, as this company is going out of business, however it appears they were already out of business when ordered from them.I expect a full refund from them.
