This company claims to be able to train dogs for PTSD and other issues. However, in the 3 weeks that I had a dog with them, I had 1. zero communication with them, 2. a puppy that was becoming fearful and stressed out due to my medical issues, 3. a demand for a notarized surrender document and 4 a refusal to discuss any issues.Briaun ********, the owner, claims she is certified in a variety of service dog types yet never provides any documentation in regards to her being able to do this. Briaun also had me sign a contract that allowed her to declare that training was not working out and she could take the dog and you were out of all the funds you had spent. No where in the contract did it state that if she or her trainers failed to do their job, that they were financially liable. Nor does she have the training and experience to state that a someone with severe issues should not be training a dog but they should be looking for a all ready trained animal. She and some former co-workers always claimed that anything could be trained out yet, all in my personal view of them failed in training and communication.When making the attempt to call, I would get a full voicemail box and a text stating that I would be called back later....Usually that means within ***** hours...Nope, zip, zero nothing. And she couldn't understand why I was upset.Her way of "trying to work with you" was to make unreasonable demands that any normal person would find a problem. And that all financial payments is on your side of things and not hers. She has no issue upselling overpriced and maybe even questionable items that are well easily purchased elsewhere at a lower price but that then falls into the contract of unacceptable foods per her contract (that I never got a copy of after signing it).In my view, her company is a risk to animals and willingly turns a blind eye to animal abuse from their doing but not on the dog owner's side of things.
