Inspection done on my home less than 3 months ago was painless, that is until we closed on the house and moved in. As others have stated on other websites, the report included information about kitchen electronics that did not exist in the home. The first page of the report even has the incorrect city and zip code, so you can tell this is a copy and paste report and who knows how much of it was accurate. We are also missing the 'link' that was to be provided to us for our sewer scope that was never included in the report. Based off of the report there did not seem to be anything wrong with the house just minor things like shelf support and loose outlets. Should have known this was too good to be true, there was not attempt to even provide a professional opinion on what could potentially be wrong with the house. I guess I was wrong to assume this is what I was paying for. One month in the house and low and behold we have a huge sewer problem that there coincidently is no mention of in the report. For Ray being a journeyman plumber, you would think this would have been caught since we paid for a sewer scope. I do not recommend and warn everyone to be sure not to let the 'little' things go, you are not paranoid, you have the right to question them.

Good day. We are sorry to hear about the issue in this manner. Very disappointed. We do our best to provide the best and most thorough reports and inspections that we possibly can. As you stated "1 month into the house" You started having a problem. Well we have about 2 hours to go through the house. If the issue took a month to show itself is it possible that some thing happened after you moved in? If there was an issue at the time of the inspection It is very possible we would have noticed it. I run water for a very long time. It also has been right at 3 months since we have done the inspection. So its been 3 months since we have been there. It is sad that this is the way you have chose to contact us about this. You have not once contacted our office about an issue. We have been in *********** years and have done over ****** inspections and no one has ever not made an effort to contact us to talk about an issue they may have. Not sure why this is the way this was to be handled.So you had this inspection report about 4 weeks before you closed on the house. That was the time when a report is supposed to be reviewed and questions asked. I always tell everyone and you were there. Please read the entire report our phone number is on the top if you have any questions please call us if I cannot answer it over the phone we will come back. If you had a problem with the report we could have answered all questions then. Before closing. Sometimes reports do get sent without a video but why was this not addressed as soon as noticed. We do have the video of the inspection very simple and could have been asked for a long time ago. There was a total different way this could have been handled.
