      On May 28, 2024 I ordered a pair of earrings and necklace for $603.37 from Jewelry Native American via their online website. My **** Alert shows that my credit card was charged the above amount and confirmed the company was SP Native American who made the charge. I also received a confirmation email dated May 28, 2024 from [email protected] thanking me for my purchase and that I would be receiving my items in up to 10 days. I received the earrings and necklace from *** ********* **** ***** **** ***** *** ************ ** ********** return address but these items were not the same earrings and necklace as pictured on the website. I immediately attempted to contact the company at ************ to discuss my dissatisfaction with the order and the items that were sent but I have received no verbal or written response to my email message or voice messages. I have left 3 urgent voice messages to the above number with no return response. I sent an email on June 21, explaining that I was mailing back the above items on that day and that I expected a quick refund. I mailed the earrings and necklace back on June 21, 2024 with a POS Purchased USPS return receipt confirming that the order was received to the business address on the package sent. I confirmed that this was the same address on the company website and followed their instructions for returned merchandise. As of July 30, 2024, I have not receive any return telephone calls or a refund as I requested on June 21, 2024.

      8/23/2023, I purchased Item #*******, Navajo Silver Azurite Malachite but I received a Black Onyx pendant. 9/3/2023, I emailed ************************ Stating I received the wrong pendant and would like to send it back for a refund. 9/4/2023, I received a response that they had tried to let me know they didn't have the pendant I ordered so they sent the Black Onyx and offered me a discount to keep it or I can send it back for a full refund which I replied I wish to return. 9/5/2023, Received email with return address. 9/12/2023, Returned pendant per ****, Tracking # **** **** **** **** **** **** *** 10/17/2023, Sent email asking for update on refund. 10/19/2023, Received email asking for tracking information also stating "She would process it herself, right away." 10/20/2023, Responded to email with tracking information. 11/2/2023, Sent email asking for a status on my refund. No Response. 11/18/2023, Sent a new email asking about status. No Response.

      I ordered a watch at the end of September, I sent it back for an exchange, for a larger band. I shipped this back by USPS, tracking number, **** **** **** **** **** *** this item shows it was received on 10/20/2023. I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone from this company by email or phone. Please issue a refund, if a larger band is not available.

      7/27/23 I ordered Navajo Silver Turquoise Earrings, all turquoise in the shape of a triangle. Order number ****. I paid $38.97, the price quoted. I received triangle earrings that are “turquoise” and lab opal or something. Beginning 8/10/23 I emailed the company telling them that I received the wrong earrings and asked how I can get the earrings that I ordered. I included a picture of what I received. No response. Two days later I sent another email with their picture of what I ordered as well as a picture of what I received, asking how I can get the earrings I ordered. No response. I purchased earrings from their website originally and am satisfied. I received emails touting their clearance sale and subsequently ordered the triangle shaped earrings in question. I want to receive the earrings that I ordered, that were on sale, per advertised on the website. I continue to receive emails about their sales.

      I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry from this retailer in the beginning of June. I never received the items. The package was listed in the mail and never replaced. I’ve contacted them several times. They told me they were going to send replacements but still haven’t. They said they needed to be custom made. This doesn’t make sense to me. The first box left in 2 days and I purchased them on clearance, now they are custom pieces. I’ve already contacted my bank about one of the transactions.

      Three transactions on date 3/11/23. Totaling $737.92 over the three orders. I made sure to contact the business and let them know that I needed these pieces for traveling out of the country so I needed them to arrive to me within 2 weeks. I didn’t get the pieces in time and they didn’t arrive until I was already out of the country. One of the boxes somehow got delivered to a neighbor (three rings in the box in poor condition), but the postal service USPS returned the other box that had all the pieces back to the business. As a result I requested a refund for the pieces I never got. The business stated that they did get the returned box and it was waiting at the post office but they have been radio silent on issuing the appropriate refund for the items I never got. They owe me $539.90 for the items I never got.

      Unforutnately, the post office sitll never delivered them to us, but we did file a claim. I went ahead and submitted the refunds for you since it's not your fault that they are taking so long.
