      We purchased three Holly evergreen bushes on 5/24/24 for the total of 602.63. We chose these three bushes for a specific place on our property based on the care instructions listed on the tags included with the Holly bushes. The tags stated the bushes required full sun, which matched the location in our yard, which receives full sun. One of the three bushes' leaves began browning soon after planting. I reached out to Plant World to ask for guidance as to why the leaves were browning on 6/14/24. On 6/14/24, I spoke with someone on the phone who instructed me to email them pictures and information about myself. Plant World did not respond to the email I sent on 6/14/24. On 6/27/24 I called Plant World to follow up about the email and the browning leaves. I spoke with an employee named ****, who said that the bush was suffering from too much heat and sun exposure. She stated that the tags that were included on the bushes were incorrect, that they were tags from the supplier who sent the bushes and that the full sun requirement was written based on the suppliers location in California. She said that these bushes were not full sun plants for New Mexico and that they needed to be moved as they would not survive the place they are currently planted. She suggested I move the plants to another location in my yard, but I have no other location for these bushes. I asked to return the bushes and she denied the return. I believe it is the responsibility of the business to ensure the tags and information provided with their products is correct, and if it's not correct to accept the return of the product. I request that Plant World allow the return and refund me. I've also reached out to my credit card company and initiated a charge back dispute.

      I contacted the customer on 7/2/2024 and left a message to call me back to discuss a solution.  I let the customer know I would be out of town on vacation starting the 3rd. ********* called me back on the 3rd and acknowledged that she knew I would be out of town until the 8th.  I left her a message on the 9th and asked her to please call me back.  It is my full intention to solve this issue and provide the customer with different plants that will do well in the area.
