Additional Information for GASK Logistics

In May 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated GASK Logistics business practices. This investigation was prompted by a Scam Tracker report and consumer inquiries.

In May, 2022, BBB checked the website www.gasklogistics.com to determine when it was registered. The website was registered on May 2, 2022. 

During the course of our investigation, BBB found this business is not located at the address listed on their website in Albuquerque, NM. Postal mail sent by BBB to 2601 Baylor SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 was returned marked by USPS as not deliverable as addressed. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. Additionally, BBB was not able to contact the business via the email address listed on www.gasklogistics.com. BBB additionally attempted to contact the business via the phone number listed on their website.

BBB attempted to inquire to GASK Logistics via postal mail and email asking the following:
- GASK Logistics’ transportation license issued by New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (intrastate) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (interstate).
- GASK Logistics’ Financial Institution Licensing for Escrow.
- Documentation of their operations being at 2601 Baylor Dr. SE, such as rental agreement or utility invoice. 
- Contact information, additional postal addresses and phone numbers.

To date, BBB has not received a response from GASK Logistics.
